Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces are final sale.
Does the jewelry tarnish or change color?
Our products are dipped 5 times in gold to prevent tarnishing. To maintain the longevity of your piece, we recommend avoiding contact with water, sweat, and chemicals.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, King Ice provides a 1-year warranty on all jewelry items against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
